Dual Study Program – Bachelor of Engineering (m/f/d) Industrial Production

Description

Starting on 01.10.2025, we offer a dual study program in Industrial Production in cooperation with Duale Hochschule Sachsen (DHSN) in Glauchau, leading to a Bachelor of Engineering (m/f/d) degree.

The aim of this program is to provide a practice-oriented education for qualified employees in the manufacturing sector. The focus areas include mechanical engineering fundamentals, business organization, and production.

During the practical phases at SBF, students will apply their theoretical knowledge, develop their expertise independently, and acquire additional industry-specific skills. The goal is to prepare you for the challenges of the industry (e.g., cost pressure, globalization) and to enhance your methodological competencies for optimizing production processes and developing new products.

Throughout your time at the company, you will gain insights into our processes in the areas of work preparation, process analysis, process optimization, design, production planning and control, and manufacturing – covering the entire value chain.

Requirements

If you:

• Have a (technical) university entrance qualification (Fach-/Hochschulreife),
• Possess good mathematics skills,
• Are independent and take initiative,
• Are motivated and eager to learn,
• Have strong planning and organizational skills,
• Enjoy working in a team,
